Watch the mind

Why do we classify things as good or bad ,correct or wrong . why cant we just have things as they are ..because when we say things are bad or good . we always try to be on the side of good most of the time ..but there will be occasion where we cannot be on the good side. then we start to hide the things which are bad and that becomes a problem to our mind to manage the bad things as we we will be accumulating things over a period of time which makes mind more taxing to maintain. and you can see the results on the face of people around..lot of tensed faces.

What is the solution to these .. to what i learnt from my guru is that experience the things as they are dont hide or condemn the so called "bad things" then what we do watch it . and accept it

ya in a way true..guess its easier to be on the so called good side....(again at your own interpretation on whether its good or bad)
But wat do you do for eg. when you happen to see a drunkard beating his wife or kids for dat matter....
or is this post pointing out specific case?...

What you will do if you see someone is beating someone you will act according to your capabilities i suppose.

This is about watching your own mind in any states which you are directly or indirectly responsible (Good,Bad ,emotional )

So how is your mind playing when you are watching some one getting beaten up you either act or just sympathies with them or support that person and confirm the beating or you look at you in in capability to help him i suppose here you will see at these kind of things.

Non acceptance of thought is a problem as it creates a conflict .. you need to be friend even with you r most disturbing thought.. hope i am able to answer you. though i am not an expert live by experience
